Age verification

Brasserie ‘t Oud Gasthuys sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request a valid form of identification upon delivery. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded.

Ordering

How to order?

All orders are placed through our secure webshop. After confirming your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order and the expected delivery date.

Product availability

All wines are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Minimum order

There is no minimum order quantity. Individual bottles are welcome, but you will receive extra discount per case.


Prices & Payment

All prices quoted include VAT. We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit card and debit card (Visa, Mastercard,...)
  • Bancontact
  • Bank transfer (order will be held until payment is received)

Prices may be changed without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation always applies to your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time: 4–7 working days (Belgium), 5–8 working days (EU)
Packaging: all orders are shipped in padded wine boxes
Free shipping on orders of €100 or more (Benelux)
Track & Trace: a tracking link will be sent via email upon dispatch

Please ensure that someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the delivery. Our courier will not leave wine unattended.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:
  • Damaged or defective bottles: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
  • Received incorrect items: inform us within 48 hours and we will correct the order at no extra cost.
  • Changed your mind: we accept returns of unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Opened boxes or bottles cannot be returned.
