De amuses gaan uit van degustatie van delicatessen: cold cuts, kazen 't Oud Gasthuys, apero kroketjes, ravioli, zalm gravlax, gamba,... voor het hoofdgerecht en dessert is er de keuze uit het menu, bij dessert kan je ook kiezen voor walking formule.
