Louis Jadot
Maison Louis Jadot (opgericht in 1859 in Beaune) is een van de meest gerespecteerde, iconische en bepalende wijnhuizen in de Bourgogne. Het huis staat wereldwijd bekend om de herkenbare afbeelding van de god Bacchus op het Bacchus-etiket, wat garant staat voor betrouwbaarheid, terroir-expressie en klassieke Bourgondische elegantie.
Wat Maison Louis Jadot uniek maakt, is dat het zowel een groot Domaine als een vooraanstaand Négociant-huis is zoals trouwens Maison Louis Latour:
Als Négociant (Maison Louis Jadot): Ze werken nauw samen met honderden wijnbouwers in heel Bourgogne (van Chablis tot de Beaujolais). Hierdoor kunnen ze toegankelijke klassiekers aanbieden zoals de Bourgogne Couvent des Jacobins of Mâcon-Villages.
Als Eigen Domaine (Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot, Domaine Gagey, Château des Jacques): Jadot bezit ondertussen meer dan 220 hectare eigen topregio-wijngaarden op de allerbeste hellingen (met top-percelen in o.a. Corton-Charlemagne, Montrachet, Gevrey-Chambertin en Clos de Vougeot).

Discover the wine cellar in the restaurant with a huge selection, from deliciously affordable to grand cru. In the restaurant's wine cellar, there are always more than 100 wines, and soon you will be able to buy more than 1,000 different wines in the online wine boutique.
